If you forget your Hiya Connect account password, you can easily reset it. Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login screen.
You will then need to enter your email address and click the Send Email button.
An email with a password reset link will be sent to the provided email address. (Please note that a password reset link is valid for 72 hours.)
Once you click the link in the email, you will be taken to the password reset page, where you can provide a new password to access your Hiya Connect account.
