You can check and manage all your subscriptions to Hiya’s premium services on the Subscription and payment settings page under the user control section of the left-side navigation. Now, Branded Call is the only premium service that customers can subscribe to.
Branded Call
Below is an example of the subscription and payment page for a user subscribing to the 250 Branded Call plan. To learn more about Branded Call plans, visit Subscriptions in the help center.
Users can check the current plan and manage the subscription on the subscription and payment page, such as changing the plan to another Branded Call plan and canceling the current subscription. Find the Manage subscriptions page to learn details about changing and canceling. If users click the “Edit payment method” button, it will open up the Customer Portal, hosted by our payment service provider Stripe, where you can change your credit card for payment or update your billing address.
This page shows Branded Call usage charts, which show the number of branded calls made and the associated bills. The charts help customers understand their Branded Call usage and manage their spending on branded calls.
If a user subscribes to the Enterprise plan, the user is not allowed to manage the subscription or find Branded Call usage in the console. For questions about billing or to make changes to the Enterprise plan, contact Hiya for help.
