You can delete phone numbers from Branded Call individually in the console or by submitting a bulk removal request with Hiya Support.
Removing numbers individually
To manually remove a phone number in the console, navigate to the phone numbers page under the Branded Call section. Then click on the phone number you wish to delete. Click the "Edit display and settings" button, scroll down, and click the ‘Delete number’ button. Please note that this change cannot be undone once confirmed.
Removing numbers in bulk
If you wish to delete a larger amount of phone numbers, the easiest way to do so is in bulk. To submit a bulk phone number removal request, please send us the list of numbers you wish to have removed by filling out this form.
Your request will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Common questions
After my phone numbers are removed from my account, what happens?
When your phone numbers are deleted from Branded Call, calls made from those numbers will no longer display the caller details previously applied to them, and Hiya will no longer monitor their performance.
