On the Branded Call performance page, you can view call performance data for calls made using Branded Call. If you want to share your data with your team or import the data to other analysis tools, you can download the data in CSV format.
Step 1. Use the date picker to select the time range and time series (i.e. month, week, or day) you want to view and download. See more details here. By default, the latest 4 weeks are selected in the weekly view.
Step 2. Click the CSV download button to the right of the ‘Performance/Reputation/Call feedback’ tabs.
Your CSV files will be combined into a single downloadable .ZIP file. In the pop-up that appears, click the ‘DOWNLOAD .ZIP’ button to begin your download. A progress bar will indicate how much of your file has been processed. You can cancel your download by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.
Step 3. When your CSV files have been created, and your .ZIP file is ready for download, a message will indicate that your download is ready’. Click the ‘Download’ button to save the prepared .ZIP file and close the message when finished. The downloaded file will be stored in your browser’s designated download folder.
Three CSV files in a downloaded ZIP file
In your downloaded .ZIP file, you will find three CSV files.
CSV of individual phone number data
- This file includes data for every Branded Call phone number in your account. Call data is grouped together first by individual phone numbers and then by selected time periods. Then, call performance data is calculated for each phone number and time period.
- If there are many Branded Call phone numbers in your account and a long time period is selected, the CSV file may contain many rows.
-
- Below is an example of individual phone number data for three weeks using the weekly time series. The first column indicates which phone number the row pertains to. The second column, Date, shows the first date of each time period. Note that the first three rows show data for the same phone number – each row is for one of the three weeks selected for the time period.
CSV of data by tags
- For each tag in your account, data for the tagged phone numbers is merged, and call performance data is calculated for each tag and time period.
- Below is an example of call performance by tags for three weeks using the weekly time series. The first column indicates which tag the row pertains to. The second column, Date, shows the first date of each time period. Note that the first three rows show data for the same tag – each row is for one of the three weeks selected for the time period.
CSV of data for an account
- In this CSV, the data for all Branded Call phone numbers in your account is merged, and call performance data is calculated for your entire account for each time period.
- Below is an example of call performance data for an account for three weeks using the weekly time series. The first column indicates your business's account ID. This value will be the same for every row. The second column, Date, shows the first date of each time period. Each row is data for one of the three weeks selected for that time period.
