What types of subscriptions are there?
We offer two types of subscriptions:
- Monthly plans
- Pay-as-you-go (Not accepting new users)
How does monthly subscription work?
Monthly plan provides a discounted rate determined by the number of calls per month.
- Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel anytime, and changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
- Easy to change plan: You can switch plans anytime, with changes taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
- Keep branding over the plan limit: If you go over the limit, you will be charged a per-call fee for additional branded calls.

How does Pay-As-You-Go subscription services work?
We offer a flexible pay-as-you-go subscription service that allows you to only pay for what you use. Here's how it works:
- Credit card payment: Use your credit card to pay for Hiya services.
- Usage-based billing: You are billed monthly based on the number of calls we brand on your behalf.
- No commitment: No long-term contracts or commitments are required.
- Start and stop anytime: You have complete control over your subscription. You can activate or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel it. This ensures uninterrupted service and hassle-free billing.

I have some questions/issues related to payment. How can I learn more?
To ensure your payments are processed securely and reliably, we've partnered with Stripe, a leading payment processing platform. They handle all of our payment transactions, keeping your information safe. If you have any questions regarding the security of your payment information, how your card is charged, accepted payment methods, or anything else payment-related, please refer to Stripe's detailed FAQ page.
How do I change my credit card or billing address?
Go to the Subscription and Payment page in the Settings. Click on EDIT PAYMENT METHOD.
It will open up the Customer Portal, hosted by our payment service provider Stripe. You can change your credit card to use or update your billing address.
Click on Return to Hiya—Inc. to go back to the Hiya console.
