New Dashboard
Quick-View Summary
The new home dashboard offers a quick-view summary, displaying:
- Branded phone numbers
- Numbers with pending changes
- A 'Needs attention' section for numbers requiring action on your part
Branded Calls and Phone Number Utilization
- View the total branded calls delivered across all networks directly in the console, eliminating the need for monthly email updates.
- See the percentage of your branded numbers making calls each month.
Newest Call Branding and Call Duration Insights
- View your most recently approved call displays.
- Monitor the percentage of your calls lasting over 60 seconds.

Improved Analytics Across the Console
Powered by global Hiya Network Data
Our analytics now leverage global Hiya network data, which accurately differentiates between human-answered calls and those answered by live voicemail or call screeners, ensuring that you receive precise and relevant branded call data.
Dynamic Trend Analysis
We've replaced static pie charts with dynamic trend analysis graphs, enabling you to track your performance over time. This feature eliminates the need for manual data compilation, and provides a more intuitive analysis experience.
Flexible Date Picker
Our new date picker offers greater flexibility and consistency. You can select any range of dates for your analysis, moving beyond the limitations of fixed-duration time periods.
Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Trend Comparisons
You can now compare your performance across different time frames - daily, weekly, or monthly - to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your brand's trends.
Low Sample Size Warning
If your selected date range has a call sample size too low for accurate reporting, the console will prompt you to extend the date range. This ensures the reliability and accuracy of your data.
Margin-of-Error Toggle
A new margin-of-error toggle is now available in the console, allowing you to view the potential variance in your data for more informed decision-making.
Single Performance Tab
We've consolidated the Audience Reach and Call Traffic tabs into one streamlined Performance tab, offering:
- Estimated call volumes
- Answer rate, unique answer rate
- Call duration
- Answer rate per attempt

Temporary Removal of Some Analytics
To further refine data quality, analytics for individual phone numbers, specific tags, and comparative analytics are temporarily unavailable. These features are being enhanced and will be included in a future release.
