Hiya Connect has a new look
Today, we’re introducing the redesigned Hiya console and our newest product, Hiya Registration, which comes included as part of your Hiya Connect subscription.
Home Dashboard
There are now two sections of the dashboard you see at login: Connect and Registration. The top section, Connect, functions like the previous console view.
Connect
All numbers that were previously loaded to Connect can be found here and you can continue to manage all numbers here and receive all benefits of Connect and Registration
- All numbers already receive all benefits of Hiya Registration and have been through additional levels of brand verification
- Numbers that you wish to apply branded caller ID and receive performance analytics on must be added to this section
Registration
All customers by default will have zero registration phone numbers. The phone numbers in this section have been registered with carriers and receive benefits of Hiya Registration but have not gone through additional brand verification to be able to add branded call.
- This section is best used for numbers you do not wish to brand

Updated side navigation with two sections
Connect
All the features and functionality you’ve always used are now in the Connect section of the console. Note that “Account Performance” from the old sidebar navigation is now under “Call Performance”. All other navigation has not changed.
Registration
Our newest product, Hiya Registration can be accessed to manage any number you do not wish to brand but would like to register with carriers.

Phone Number Management:
Connect
Use Phone Numbers in the Connect section to upload all phone numbers you wish to apply branded caller ID and receive performance analytics.
Registration
Numbers loaded to this section are registered with carriers but do not have call branding or analytics applied. All numbers you wish to have performance analytics and branded caller ID on must be in the Phone Numbers tab of Connect.
