The Hiya Connect Console now has user roles, allowing you to assign varying levels of permissions and access for different users in your account.
New functionality:
Three (3) different levels of user roles are now available for assignment by the Admin user:
- Viewer - Able to view all data and analytics only
- Editor - Able to perform the above, plus add, remove and edit phone numbers
- Admin - Able to perform the above, plus add, remove and edit users as well as edit company info and settings
What it means for you:
User roles and permissions provide greater control and enhanced security on your account. By allowing for various levels of permissive actions, admin users should feel empowered to enable a wider number of account users across their organization.
Please note: Upon release, all users will default to Admin-level with the ability to change the roles of other users.
When can you expect to see the changes?
User roles and permissions will be available on Tuesday, June 29th.
