This March, we're thrilled to enhance the Connect console by reintroducing advanced comparative analytics, now with even more user-friendly features and enriched metrics. With additions such as expanded call duration categories, call back rate, and insights into who ended the call, we aim to equip you with comprehensive statistics for assessing your branded calling's impact.
Home Dashboard Enhancements
- Call Success Criteria Selection: A new radio button selector has been added to the call duration chart, allowing you to define call success based on duration (60+ or 120+ seconds). This enables you to tailor duration analytics to better match your business objectives.
Updated Performance Analytics
- New Metrics Introduced: 'Call back rate' and 'Who ended the call' metrics are now available, alongside ease-of-use updates to chart designs, enriching the analytics experience with additional insights into call engagement and outcomes.
Tag Management Improvements
- Simplified Tag Application: The revamped create/edit tag feature now permits the specification of phone numbers for tag application in a single, seamless step, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
TN/Tag List - Enhanced Selection
- Analytics Access: Selecting one or more TNs/Tags now unlocks a 'View analytics' button, providing direct access to detailed TN/TAG comparison analytics for more informed decision-making.
