What’s new?
With the Call Delivery Report you can now self-serve a report that identifies which of your calls are delivered via the Hiya Connect network.
Key changes:
- New menu tab for the Connect Console for Call Delivery Report (Figure 1)
This menu item will take you to a new page where you can generate Call Delivery Reports. Additionally this page contains a list of the Call Delivery Reports you’ve generated (we retain reports for up to 6 months) - Summary report view in the console (Figure 2)
This report contains a summary of total calls analyzed, total number and percentage of calls delivered through the Hiya network, and if applicable outgoing numbers you have not registered with Hiya Connect - Detailed CSV file per report (Figure 3)
This report contains a call by call flag of whether the call reached a Hiya Connect network recipient or not, and whether your outgoing number is registered with Hiya or not. This report helps users in many ways, some include:
- Allowing users to better identify and analyze outcomes linked to their Hiya branded calls (logos, call reasons, etc)
- Identifying and adding phone numbers that are currently not registered with Hiya
When will this be available in the Console?
Call Delivery Report controls will be available in the Console Wednesday September 29.
