Due to the ever-changing privacy landscape and evolving restrictions, Hiya Connect has made changes to the data sources that support some of its analytics. We have made adjustments to the measurements we display in order to provide Connect customers with the most accurate and useful analytics.
Key changes
- Reputation analytics
- Reputation metrics will reflect representative data samples from the Hiya network
- For US based customers, two measurements have been removed: Calls labeled as spam and total outbound calls
- To assess the reputation of your account or phone numbers, you can continue to rely on the percentage of outbound calls labeled as spam
- To assess the reputation of your account or phone numbers, you can continue to rely on the percentage of outbound calls labeled as spam
- Reputation metrics will reflect representative data samples from the Hiya network
- Secure Call
- The Secure Call pre-authentication service will only reach Samsung Smart Call and Hiya Apps users.
When will these changes be displayed in the Console?
These changes will be implemented in the Hiya Connect console Thursday, February 24, 2022.
